Most students in a school group, and many first-years in a college, are under 18. The DPDP Act requires verifiable parental consent for them, a clear notice for everyone, and breach reporting to the Data Protection Board. We map your data, fix the gaps and run the consent workflow.
Since 2022, cyber incidents must be reported to CERT-In within six hours of being noticed, and ICT logs must be kept for 180 days within India. We set up the logging, the clock synchronisation and the reporting runbook, and we can act as your on-call response team.
Academic Bank of Credits and APAAR IDs only help students if credits and records actually reach them. We integrate your student record with ABC, APAAR and DigiLocker so uploads happen as part of result processing, not as a separate scramble.
Criterion 4 and 6 evidence, the SSR, AQARs and DVV clarifications all draw on data you already hold. We wire those systems so the evidence is collected through the year instead of rebuilt in the final month.
