When it fits
A NEP 2020 digital roadmap, an ERP or LMS selection, a DPDP or CERT-In gap assessment, or preparation for a NAAC visit.
Engagement models
Institutions differ in how much they want to own. Some want advice and their own team in charge. Some want us to run a function end to end. Most move between the two over time. These are the four models we offer, and how each one works.
01 · Consulting
Best when you have capable IT staff and need a clear plan, an independent view, or evidence for an inspection.
A NEP 2020 digital roadmap, an ERP or LMS selection, a DPDP or CERT-In gap assessment, or preparation for a NAAC visit.
A written assessment, a prioritised plan with costs and owners, vendor-neutral recommendations, and working sessions with your leadership and IT team.
A fixed fee for a defined scope, agreed before work starts. Any change to scope is agreed in writing first.
The engagement ends when the deliverables are accepted. A typical length is not published on this page. Everything we produce is yours to keep and use.
02 · Managed service
Best when a function needs to run reliably every day and you would rather not build the team to run it.
Hosting and security on the sovereign cloud, examinations, backup and archival, admissions operations, or compliance reporting through the year.
A named service manager, defined service levels, monthly reports, and a quarterly review with your leadership. Standard service levels are set in the contract, not on this page.
A recurring fee based on scale, such as students, users or examinations, with a clear schedule of what is included and what is charged separately.
Either side can exit on notice. A standard term is not published on this page. On exit you receive a full data export, documentation and a handover period.
03 · Build-operate-transfer
Best when you want to own the capability in the long run but need it working now.
Launching an online-degree programme, setting up an on-campus data centre in a rack, or standing up an in-house examination cell.
Design and build, a period in which we operate it to an agreed standard, and the hiring and training of your team so they can take over. Transfer happens against a written readiness checklist.
A fee for the build phase, a recurring fee for the operate phase, and a defined fee for the transfer, each agreed at the start.
The transfer date is set at the start and can be brought forward if your team is ready earlier. A typical timeline is not published on this page.
04 · Outcome-based
Best when the goal is measurable and both sides can agree how to measure it.
Admissions campaigns, retention programmes, or online-programme growth, where results can be counted from your own records.
The same delivery team and reporting as a managed service, with targets and the method of measurement agreed in writing before work begins.
A base fee covers the work. A further fee is tied to agreed outcomes, measured from your data, not ours. We do not accept outcome terms that would reward cutting corners on student welfare or compliance.
Usually aligned to an admissions cycle or academic year. A standard term beyond that is not published on this page. Exit terms match the managed-service model.
05 · Common to every model
A named person on our side owns your engagement and answers for it.
Data is kept in India, exportable at any time, and deleted on request at the end, unless the law says otherwise.
Open formats, documented integrations and a written exit plan in every contract.
We can work through tenders where your rules require it. Government e-Marketplace seller registration is not stated on this page.
Yes, and many institutions should. The assessment from a consulting engagement becomes the scope for the managed service, so nothing is redone.
Costs depend heavily on scale, the systems you already have and the model you choose. We give a written quote after the free audit, before you commit to anything.
