Compliance and data-protection specialists
People who can read the DPDP Act, CERT-In Directions or NAAC manuals and turn them into a working checklist for a campus.
Implementation and service managers
People who can sit with a registrar or controller of examinations, understand the problem, and stay accountable until it is fixed.
