If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, role, institution, institution type, state or union territory, work email, the topic you choose, and your message. We use them only to reply to you. The form is sent through FormSubmit, which delivers the message by email to nishant@ngnext.tech. We do not add you to a mailing list.
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, tracking cookies or third-party scripts.
Like any website, our hosting may record basic technical logs such as IP address and time of request, for security. A retention period for those logs is not published on this page.
03 · Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct or delete any personal data you have sent us through this website. Write to nishant@ngnext.tech. A named grievance officer is not listed on this page. Data held for institutions on our platform is governed by each institution’s contract and its own privacy notice.
